·         Table of contents (all the contents of table should be numbered and should contain each part of the dissertation.)

·         Synopsis (a brief summarized description of the dissertation. Should be consists of one page approximately.)

·         Introduction (including the literary Review)

·         Methods & Materials

·         Outcomes and/or observations

·         Discussion (outcomes and the discussion part can be combined in one section.)

·         Citations (last part of dissertation.)

·         Appendices (if any.)

The system of numbering pages

Before the introduction, all the divisions (except the title page) should be enumerated in roman format (i.e. I, II, III and so on) in the underneath middle of the page. Other pages should be numbered as Arabic numerals (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on). Supplementary material will not be paginated.

Dissertation length

A dissertation is comprised of almost 15,000 words. Recommended length of pages for introduction to reference is about 100 pages (this is just an idea). Do not follow these instructions as hard-and-fast.

Typing Format and Font Styles

A dissertation must be typed on A4 sized white paper with double spacing. The font style that should be taken is TIMES NEW ROMAN with font size of 12 points. Margins should be about 3.5 cm left and 2.5 cm on all other sides. In the reference section of the dissertation, the contents may be typed with single spacing.
